Mt Kaukau & Skyline

Mount Kaukau is a popular peak along the Skyline Walkway that follows the ridgeline above the western suburbs of Wellington. While the whole Skyline Walkway is about 14km long, it has many possible entry and exit points that makes it easy to do it in little chunks. I'm yet to walk a portion of the walkway that doesn't have spectacular views, so you really can't go too far wrong whatever you do.
